I think they are in mobile games like Marvel Heroes and Contest of Champions.

The role of the Inhumans in recent comics is very analogous to what Mutants once had. I assumed they were trying to promote Inhuman characters in the Cinematic Universe, but it also kills some promotion for Fox's current rights.

It's a shame because the X movies aren't bad at all.

Fantastic Four is another story. I really hope Marvel can get back the rights to them sometime soon.

I can vouch for the X-Men and FF being in Marvel Heroes, but that game is a couple of years old and probably existed before the edict.

And I'm feeling really out of touch with the comics if Peter has that kind of money now (though given he got a job that isn't a photographer with that one group, that was bound to happen eventually), the last I remember there was something about Doc Ock getting his body and ruining Spidey's relationship with Felicia by throwing her in jail.

That's from before the silent ban on those characters were put into place. Look at games like Future Fight and other more recent ones, they're all lacking them.

It's really so stupid and petty to do just because they were failing bad and had to sell movie rights so long ago.

I read the Superior Spider-Man comic it's actually really good. Best Spider-Man story I've read in ages in fact, it opened my eyes to what I've actually disliked about Spider-Man since Civil War and One More Day.

As pointed by Itachi somewhere: http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/captain_...civil_war/

100%. Giggity. Of course it won't stay 100 forever, but it's a perfect start.

So the other "Let's see superheroes fight!" movie and it's supposed to be good. I'm probably going to make an effort to see it opening weekend.

Biggest pet peeve about comic!Spider-Man these days. Now we're saddled with a Chaotic Evil Queenpin of Crime who relishes in heel-turning some impressionable super-heroes (Silk) and torturing others (Miles!Spider-Man), and their writers and editors are so much jerk-asses about it too when speaking to the readership.
